Born from a love of great bread and a passion for supporting our community, we created To be Frank Bakery in 2019 first opening in Collingwood. We have now opened our second location in Elsternwick.
We wanted to connect with our local community by making affordable, real bread without compromising quality and honouring traditional methods.
Our breads are free of improvers, preservatives and artificial flavours. We believe that good bread should be kept as simple as possible, relying on quality ingredients and techniques to bring out the best aroma and flavour.
Our values of honesty and simplicity align with running our bakery and bread making. We strive to create a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
