STRONG Pilates in Elsternwick Village is a pilates inspired, cardio infused, part reformer, part rowing, full body workout that’s high-intensity and low impact.
STRONG Pilates is a small boutique studio with 15 Rowformer beds in each studio. There are different RnB and deep house playlists to compliment the different components for each workout, as well as a signature STRONG scent that fills the studio and a cold eucalyptus infused towel handed to use once you’re finished.
