Christmas is one giant happy pantomime – and we’re dedicating an entire day to festive celebrations with our Family Fun Day.

Meet Santa and his friends as they roam the Elsternwick Village and spread the festive cheer. Say hello and even snap a selfie if you feel inclined.

You can also jump aboard an antique fire truck and enjoy a free ride down Glen Huntly Rd – simply head to Beavis St where it will depart.

The family-friendly day will also give you the chance to listen to your favourite festive tunes played by live musicians and get a free balloon creation from a balloon modeller.

For those who love face painting, why not get your face painted as your favourite festive character?

There will also be some silly acts by circus performers, a workshop at the arts and crafts table, and the chance to get a photo at the festive photo wall.
