12RND have workouts designed around a 12 round boxing contest, combining strength and cardio exercises with boxing skills and drills.
You can find a dynamic, new workout everyday with no set class times – their unique format offers you the chance to train where you want for as many rounds as you want. With a new round starting every 3 minutes you can get in, have a great workout and be finished within 45 minutes. 12RND also offer expert guidance, with their coaches with you every step of the way.
